Processing Times

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment is received.
Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Should there be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you by email.


Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on the destination.
The following delivery estimates apply:

  • Domestic shipping: 7-10business days

  • International shipping: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Any applicable taxes or duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to incomplete or inaccurate information

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, all customs fees, import taxes, duties, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Damages or Lost Packages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Keep all packaging materials and damaged items when submitting a claim.
